48 Hour Cancellation Policy Within 48 hours (calendar days) of purchase you may cancel your purchase without incurring any fees. Any in stock items that were ordered can only be cancelled if the label has not been created. Once a label is created we will not be able to cancel your order. You must email Support@ShopPopONLINE.com so we can timestamp your email and process your full refund accordingly.
Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel an order outside of the 48 Hour Cancellation Policy you will incur a 20% fee of the product(s) cancelled.
Sale items All sale items are final. We cannot guarantee the condition of sale items. If a sale item is damaged you can email us to request a replacement if available (not guaranteed).
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In some cases we reserve the right to send a replacement box for damaged boxes if available. Only valid on regularly marked products.
Exclusives Any "Exclusive" item such as but not limited to Store Exclusive, Specialty Series, Vaulted, Grail, Chase, Rare, Con, or Sticker items are non refundable. In some cases if a product arrives damaged, we can send a replacement box (not guaranteed).
Chase We do not guarantee Chases unless otherwise noted in the product description. All Chases are at chance and the ratio of chance can be found in the Product Title and Product Description. We have bundles available at certain times that include chases. Review product descriptions before making a purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
